Artist Statement:
“My goal as an artist is to compel the viewer to take a deeper look at the beauty that surrounds them. Even the beauty in the simple things we overlook everyday, that truly give life meaning.”

Pat Camillo Rempel studied art at Western Michigan University and the Kendall College of Art and Design, in addition to studying under Jan Kunz, a nationally recognized watercolorist.

March 2017 issue.

Many of her watercolor paintings have been chosen for juried exhibitions throughout Michigan, including:
  • The Annual Michigan Art Competition
  • The West Michigan Competition
  • Michigan Watercolor Society Exhibition
Pat's watercolors have been published in the International Artist publications, "100 ways to paint Still Life & Florals" and " 100 ways to Paint Flowers & Gardens" and has also been featured in "The Artist Magazine". Her works has been exhibited
in museums, hospitals, businesses and Universities throughout the country including:
  • Detroit Institute of Art
  • Michigan State University Club
  • University of Michigan
  • Prentice Women's Hospital in Chicago
Pat's Home Studio is open on Fridays and Saturdays thru the summer and fall.
